to me some of the jap stuff is kind of ugly. i mean there is that crazy fish looking car shown on top gear in one of the old series. im a fan of the german cars, ford is a great company. i have only had french cars, pug and cit and they are reliable, but for me its gota be the germans.

for the old cars i say our english cars are the best. i mean look at the triumph. big fan of the spitfire. and also lets not forget the old morgan.

all your proving there is where they originated from,
yes seat is german, it is built and owned by a german company.
ford is in two halves half is an american branch and the half that we are supplied with is german.
vauxhall is also german to the best of my latest knowledge.

are you trying to say that a foreigner with a british citizen papers is not a british citizen?

vauxhalls headquater is in britain. but last i knew they were a german company.

ford is german, infact its near as damn it two seperate companies, all the amercan cars are built designed in america, our fords are desinged between boreham in britain and germany and produced in germany and britain although britain is producing less cars than germany is now.

Sorry Dan, but ford is American, and their British HQ is Dagenham, and their European HQ is cologne in Germany.

Vauxhall were either brought into by, or brought into Opel, which is why the German Vectras etc have Opel on them, the company as a whole is owned by GM who also own Holden and Saab.

So Ford are American, and Vauxhall are English.
